The only place I've lived in longer then 2 years. Maintenance is prompt and actually resolve problems. The only time I've ever seen bugs is when i very much deserved them and even then, very few and pest control cleared them immediately. They actually consider the market for rent and even lowered it one year. They offer discounts for first responders which I greatly appreciate. Gorgeous interior courtyard. He dealt with my slight attitude, even made me laugh and made the touring/leasing process EXTREMELY EASY. He was extremely attentive to detail and cared more than the average leasing agent especially when it came to making sure everything was up-to-date and finished before my official move-in date .
