Ajoy Chandra serves as an Executive Advisor to GreenWater Properties, bringing over 20 years of expertise in leading finance departments across public and private companies in capital-intensive industries. He has held key roles as CFO for retail, multifamily, and office developers, as well as vertically integrated commercial real estate platforms. Ajoy’s career began in real estate as VP of Finance at Gemini Rosemont, where he oversaw a $2 billion portfolio. He holds an MBA and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.

Andrés Olmos leads the underwriting of new acquisitions at GreenWater Investments, bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial advisory industry. He holds a Master’s in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana. Andrés has expertise in portfolio management, structured finance, and financial risk management. His achievements include participating in the issuance of $22B in mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and trading OTC derivatives for hedging purposes, driving success in his role as CFO.
